Process

Providing timeless environments predicated on individuality while incorporating an eclectic flair for “especially theirs” customized designs.

1. Client Discovery

Listen and get to know our clients to understand their design preferences and identify what they dislike. Determine top priorities and gain insight into their daily habits, usage of space, lifestyle, and long-term goals for their new construction or remodel. Discuss budget constraints. Spend time in their existing home/space to evaluate their space and better understand their preferences, lifestyle, and spatial requirements.

2. Concept Design

Using the information from initial meeting(s), create a custom conceptual plan. Establish client style, palette, design priorities, mood board and supporting samples.

Further enhance the design plans. Source and specify the materials to be used and refine the interior layouts. Source and specify hardware, lighting, plumbing, flooring, tile, area rugs, textiles, furnishings, window coverings, art and more.

5. Construction Management

Work closely with our Team of Contractors or Custom Home Builders that carry out the construction work ensuring the concept design is stuck to throughout the process.
